Great Events and Rentals is a premier event vendor. We supply everything you need to make your special event successful. Some of the more common items that we rent include staging, dance floors, outdoor heaters, pipe and drape, popcorn machines, and chocolate fountains.   • Stages, Risers, and Catwalks

    Our staging system is versatile for any event. It comes in 16", 24" and 48" heights. Each section is 4x4 in dimension and can be built for custom sizes for any event.

  • Dance Floors

    Our dancefloor is easily compatible for indoor and outdoor events. Each section is 3x3 and outdoor subfloor is 4x4.

  • Tent Rentals

    Our tents are in great condition. We can provide tents, tent walls, tent flooring, and tent lighting.

  • Portable Air Conditioners and Fans

    We carry various styles of Port-A-Cools. Port-A-Cools are a great addition to any event to cool guests and circulate the air.

  • Rent Pipe and Drape For Your Event

    Our Pipe and Drape options benefit venues and spaces that need to be covered or divided. We can create wedding draping and trade show booths with our knowledgeable staff to guide the client.

  • Rent Red Carpet, Stancions and Ropes

    VIP Carpets, Velvet Ropes, and Chrome stanchions are the neecessary accesories to maky any event stand out. We carry carpets in various colors for any branding event. Our velvet ropes come in black or red which look great with our chrome stanchions.

  • Lounge Furiture Rental Whole Sets

    We carry Framed Lounge Sets. Each Set is 5 pieces and is available in premium leather or non-leather. We also carry black executive chairs which are great for panel discussions and press conferences.

  • Audio/Video Equipment, Plasma and LCD TV's

    We offer both Wired PA Systems and Wireless PA Systems. All of our PA Systems are Ipod capable which makes for a great option between speaking segements of any event.

  • Outdoor Propane Heaters

    Texas cool seasons still allow for outdoor events, and out heaters make that possible. We have a a large inventory of heaters with or without cocktail table accessories. We always include a full tank of propane with every rental.

  • Popcorn Machine Rentals

    Our Antique Popcorn Machines are great for private and corporate events alike. We have the supplies for the machine to make this rental very easy for any client. We have two sizes to choose from our inventory.

  • Generator Machine Rentals

    Our generators are 7000 watts. They are completely mobile and have both 110v and 220v outlets. Please feel free to call about information regarding outlet style.

  • Coat Racks

    We carry Z-Racks that are great for coat check racks and garment racks for fashion and reatil shows. They are all very mobile and easy to manage.
