Not sure where to start? That’s what we’re here for. We can help you figure out how many tables and chairs you need, which linens go with your colors, whether you need a tent, and how to lay out the room so the dance floor and the buffet aren’t fighting for space.
The best way to get that help is to visit our showroom at 9315 Broadway. Walk-ins are always welcome, but we really recommend booking an appointment. That way we can set aside time just for you and have chairs, linens and samples ready when you arrive. Call (210) 340-2007 to set up a time. How to plan your wedding rentals
- Start with your guest count and your venue. Don’t have an exact number yet? A rough idea is fine to start. Almost every other decision comes from those two things.
- Plan the ceremony seating. Most couples choose our white wedding chairs for the ceremony, lined up in rows with an aisle down the middle.
- Pick your tables. A 60” round seats 8 to 10 guests and a 72” round seats 10 to 12. You’ll also want banquet tables for the buffet, gifts, cake and head table.
- Choose your linens and colors. Bring a swatch or a photo to the showroom and we’ll help you find a match.
- Plan for Texas weather. If you’re outside, think about a tent and sidewalls, patio heaters for cool nights or fans for the summer.
- Add the finishing touches. A dance floor, uplighting and string lights make the reception feel like a party.
- Book early. Popular wedding dates fill up, so call as soon as you have your date.

- Tents and sidewalls, plus patio heaters or barrel fans for outdoor receptions
